## Setup
This is the foundational data bundle for offline-visitation testcases. It composes the upstream data that must exist before any login/navigation/state setup:

- See [[PRE-OV-channel-exists]] — channel + visitation policy
- See [[PRE-OV-form-template-assigned]] — assigned task form template + option sets
- See [[PRE-OV-visitation-assigned]] — PJP/Non-PJP visitation for the test day

Reference this from connectivity/state preconditions (login, Download Center, Mode Luring, Gagal Kirim) so every testcase inherits a complete data world.
