## Objective
Verify a saved compound update reaches new visits but ongoing visits keep their snapshot.

## Preconditions

- And the compound was modified and saved

## Steps
1. Start a new visitation
2. Continue an ongoing visitation that started before the change

## Expected Result
- Then the new visitation uses the latest compound structure
- And the ongoing visit keeps the old snapshot for structure, order, validation, and submission
- And a deleted question does not suddenly disappear from the ongoing visit; a newly added question appears only in new visits
