## Objective
Verify a new visit honors the latest availability window.

## Preconditions

- And the availability configuration has changed

## Steps
1. Start a new visit and check form visibility/accessibility against the period

## Expected Result
- Then the form is visible/accessible only within the availability period
- And a permanent form is always visible
- And the form is blocked before the start date or after the end date

## Source Traceability
- TSD: PK141
- Section: C6 - Availability Modification
- Scenario: C6.2 - New visitation follows latest availability
- Acceptance Criteria: PRD M.7 Scenario 1-6

## Evidence Required
- Visibility/blocking across boundary dates.

## Notes / Gaps
- Re-extension after expiry is covered by DFMOD-C6-EDGE-004. Day boundary follows device date (Testing Concern TC-05, High).
