## Objective
Verify a mid-visit target change does not recalculate progress or regress completion of an ongoing visit.

## Preconditions
- See [[PRE-DF-mobile-assigned]]
- And the employee started a visit with a known target (or no target)

## Steps
1. Raise, lower, disable, or enable the target mid-process

## Expected Result
- Then the ongoing visit's progress is not recalculated
- And a completed status does not regress
- And an incomplete visit does not auto-complete just because the target was lowered
- And a free-mode visit that becomes enabled in the backend is not restricted mid-visit
