- And there is no previous submitted report on the selected channel

## Steps
1. Tap "Salin Jawaban Sebelumnya"

## Expected Result
- Then the system shows an error explaining there is no previous data
- And the employee stays on the form page
- And no data is prefilled
- And normal manual input continues after dismissing the error
