## Objective
Verify successfully copied data prefills only applicable fields and remains fully editable.

## Preconditions

- And a copy has been confirmed and applied

## Steps
1. Review the prefilled form and edit a copied field

## Expected Result
- Then all applicable fields contain copied data (incompatible fields are not filled)
- And the employee can edit any copied field
- And the employee can complete the form normally
- And an edited copied field becomes the source for the final submission
