## Objective
Verify the Download Center entry point reacts correctly to connectivity and Mode Luring state when tapped.

## Preconditions
- See [[PRE-OV-logged-in-online]] (then vary connectivity/Mode Luring per case below)

## Steps
1. With NO CONNECTION and Mode Luring OFF, tap the Download Center entry point
2. With Mode Luring ON, open the Download Center

## Expected Result
- Then tapping under NO CONNECTION (Mode Luring OFF) shows the "Tidak ada Koneksi" drawer
- And with Mode Luring ON, bulk-download is disabled (state S3)
