## Objective
Verify the Download Center summary and list state when downloaded bundles exist.

## Preconditions
- See [[PRE-OV-download-center-open]]
- And at least one bundle has already been downloaded

## Steps
1. When the employee opens the Download Center with downloaded items

## Expected Result
- Then the summary shows "Total Data: <size>" with cumulative size
- And the "Hapus Semua" CTA is visible and enabled
- And the downloaded items list renders with a cloud-icon timestamp per row
