## Objective
Verify the Download Center empty state when no bundles have been downloaded.

## Preconditions

- And no bundle has been downloaded

## Steps
1. When the employee opens the Download Center with no downloaded items

## Expected Result
- Then the summary section is empty OR shows "Total Data: 0 kB"
- And the "Hapus Semua" CTA is disabled
- And the downloaded items list is hidden
