## Objective
Verify the cloud-icon timestamp represents bundle presence and refreshes after re-download.

## Preconditions
- See [[PRE-OV-logged-in-online]]
- And a downloaded bundle exists

## Steps
1. When the employee views a card (homepage, channel list, Download Center, Detail Kunjungan)
2. When a re-download succeeds

## Expected Result
- Then the card shows "☁ <absolute_timestamp>" (e.g., "☁ 7 Mar 2026 07:15 WIB")
- And after re-download the timestamp updates to the new download time without a page refresh

## Source Traceability
- TSD: PK144
- Section: C1 - Bundle Lifecycle
- Scenario: C1.10 - Cloud-icon timestamp as visual presence indicator
- Acceptance Criteria: M.8 AC1–AC5, M.10 AC1, AC4

## Evidence Required
- Screen recording across the four card surfaces and the post-re-download update.

## Notes / Gaps
- Absence-of-icon counterpart is OV-C1-POS-017.
