## Objective
Verify per-row deletion of a bundle from the Download Center, including confirmation and UI updates.

## Preconditions
- See [[PRE-OV-download-center-open]]
- And at least one deletable bundle exists

## Steps
1. When the employee taps the per-row delete icon
2. When the employee confirms the deletion

## Expected Result
- Then a confirmation prompt appears (permanent deletion warning)
- And after confirming, the bundle is removed from local storage
- And the cloud-icon disappears from affected cards immediately
- And the Total Data size updates
