- And the employee returns to a GOOD connection

## Steps
1. Observe the queue after the connection returns

## Expected Result
- Then the queue does NOT drain automatically
- And the Auto-Sync OFF banner is shown
- And the employee must tap "Kirim Semua" or "Kirim Ulang" manually
