## Objective

## Steps
1. View the homepage with ≥1 queue item
2. Tap the "Gagal Kirim (N)" indicator
3. Trigger a new submission, then a sync/delete/expiry

## Expected Result
- Then the "Gagal Kirim (N)" indicator is visible on the homepage
- And tapping it opens the "Gagal Kirim Kunjungan" page
- And the count increases on a new submission and decreases on sync/delete/expiry
