## Steps
1. Open the "Gagal Kirim Kunjungan" page

## Expected Result
- Then the page renders "Total Data: <total_size>", a "Hapus Semua" CTA, a search field, a "Kirim Semua" CTA, and a list of queue items (oldest first)
- And each item displays channel name + address/location, local submission timestamp, current status (Belum Terkirim / Mengirim / Gagal Terkirim), and visitation identity metadata
