## Objective
Verify the Auto Sync preference persists and does not itself trigger a sync.

## Preconditions

## Steps
1. When the employee toggles the Auto Sync state
2. Restart the app

## Expected Result
- Then the preference is saved and both entry points reflect the updated state
- And after app restart the state remains unchanged
- And toggling does NOT immediately trigger a sync
