## Objective
Verify the "Kirim Semua" button is enabled for sendable queue contents on GOOD network.

## Preconditions
- See [[PRE-OV-gagal-kirim-has-items]]
- And the network is GOOD

## Steps
1. Observe "Kirim Semua" with only Belum Terkirim items
2. Observe with only Gagal Terkirim items
3. Observe with both Belum Terkirim AND Gagal Terkirim items

## Expected Result
- Then "Kirim Semua" is enabled in all three GOOD-network cases above
