## Objective
Verify offline submissions count as achievements immediately and reconcile on sync.

## Preconditions
- See [[PRE-OV-mode-luring-active]]
- And the employee submits a visitation in Mode Luring (local save succeeds, queue item created)

## Steps
1. Observe the calendar achievement count offline
2. Sync and observe reconciliation

## Expected Result
- Then the visitation is IMMEDIATELY counted as an achievement on the calendar: Non-PJP single number (e.g., "1", "2", "3"); PJP fraction (e.g., "1/2", "2/2")
- And the count persists while offline and does NOT reset awaiting sync
- And on sync, consistent → display unchanged; discrepancy (multi-device conflict) → backend value takes precedence
