## Objective
Verify opening Edit on an existing form routes into the Step 1–5 flow with all saved configuration prefilled.

## Preconditions
- See [[PRE-DF-form-exists]]
- And the CP user is on the Form List page

## Steps
1. When the user clicks the Edit action on a form

## Expected Result
- Then the user is routed to the edit flow with Step 1 through Step 5
- And all previously saved configuration is prefilled across Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, Step 4, and Step 5
- And no saved-state field is empty without a valid reason

## Source Traceability
- TSD: PK141
- Section: C1 - Edit Existing Form, Edited State, and Unsaved Changes Protection
- Scenario: C1.1 - Access edit form and preload saved configuration
- Acceptance Criteria: PRD C.1 Scenario 1-4

## Evidence Required
- Screen recording of the edit flow showing prefilled steps.

## Notes / Gaps
- Partial-load failure handling is covered by DFMOD-C1-NEG-002.
