## Objective
Verify the form template activity log captures snapshots and field-level deltas across all change types.

## Preconditions
- See [[PRE-DF-form-exists]]
- And the user opens the activity log from the form template detail page

## Steps
1. Review entries for create, edit, version change, duplication, compound-related change, assignment change, and availability/target change

## Expected Result
- Then the system shows snapshots and relevant field-level deltas
- And question config is grouped by page
- And complex data (DB/filter config) is visible or expandable
- And deleted values appear as N/A
- And a duplicated form has its own activity entry
