## Objective
Verify training material edits follow Form Builder save rules, are treated as structural in preview/runtime, and bump the version.

## Steps
1. Change training title, attachment, video URL, or description in Step 2
2. Save via a valid save path

## Expected Result
- Then the change follows Form Builder save rules
- And preview / mobile runtime treat it as a relevant structural change
- And the form version increments per structural-change rules

## Notes / Gaps
- Enable-then-disable before save → no version increment (assert in regression). Testing Concern TC-02 (High): final version-upgrade behavior for training material pending PM/Dev.
