## Objective
Verify duplicating a form opens the setup flow from Step 1 prefilled with the source's latest saved configuration.

- And the source form contains training material, logic jump, assignment, target, and availability

## Steps
1. Choose the duplicate action on an existing form

## Expected Result
- Then the user is routed to the form setup flow starting at Step 1
- And all steps are prefilled from the source form's latest saved configuration
- And the duplicated form can be reviewed in preview before save
- And a temporary availability source results in an empty period state per PRD
