## Objective
Verify changing assignment activation status only affects future distribution and preserves config.

- And assignment can be active or inactive

## Steps
1. Change the status and confirm save

## Expected Result
- Then distribution to new visits follows the latest status
- And deactivation does not delete the configuration
- And ongoing visits do not change
- And save shows a confirmation modal before applying (with affected employee count when available)
